After four consecutive injury riddled seasons, I am happy to see that Ken Griffey Jr. is back to his usual self. The last time that I checked his stats, he was hitting .302 with 32 home runs and 90 some odd RBI's.
I think if he didn't get injured in 1995 and in 2001-04, then I think he would have been a lock for 3000 hits as well. But I think he's already a Hall of Famer.

Yeah, he's definitely a lock for the HOF. If only he hadn't had so many injuries during the last few years, he probably would've been contending for the all-time HR record right now, but he's still had a spectacular career. It's good to see him healthy and playing well again. But I'm honestly not sure how safe he is from another lengthy trip to the DL, although time should answer that question.

So sad to see him falter but even sweeter to see him succeed

To think he could be closing in on 700 homeruns now if he didn't get injured. It's a shame that a player like him, class act on and off the field, had this much trouble.

He was so DOMINATE a defensive player. He would have ended up as the best player ever
